I've tried it, and it stops at the screen "could not load the program into memory". Are there any clue for it? or is there a clue to the boot option parameters?

It's a known incompatibility in Inquisitor v3.0 and newer motherboards. Please use Inquisitor v3.1 beta versions with newer motherboards.
