Description
- Create special mailing list like "inq-support@", mark it private, archives available for members only. Membership by request.
- Subscribe all developers to it.
- Add simple CAPTCHA to contact form.
- Make contact form send mail to this list with "Reply-To: email@that-user-specified, inq-support"
