Description

When trying to boot into the Inquistor interface, I get the following error. "No CDROM Device Found." This is probably due to the SATA connection I am using for my CDROM devices. I cannot change to IDE for testing of the hardware on the machine. I am trying to use the latest live CD. I believe that's 3.0 or 3.1? I am trying to test your application to be sure it's something my company wants to implement. Already having trouble before ever getting started would turn my bosses off of this application. Thankfully I haven't had to give report of progress yet. Please let me know how to proceed ASAP. (I could also recommend that you could possibly build your LiveCD upon Ubuntu, and I believe you would get some better hardware support.

As far as I know 3.0 has similar problems, but latest 3.1-alpha1 should fix them. It uses more modern kernel and based on Debian (testing Lenny (that is now stable)) instead of ALT Linux. Can you try it? Does this problem appear again?

3.1-alpha did fix the issue. I am running it on my machine now. I think you made a great move putting the liveCD on a Debian base.

Thanks!
